Refund Policy

BasedCal offers a Pro subscription billed monthly at $5 USD.

Free tier first

We offer a free tier so you can try BasedCal before subscribing. We encourage you to use it to decide whether Pro is right for you.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing, and you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied, contact us at basedcal.life@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request. Refunds within this 14-day window are granted at our discretion. We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods after the 14-day window has passed.

How to request a refund

Email basedcal.life@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the reason for your request. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Paddle) for web subscriptions, or through Apple or Google for mobile subscriptions.

Mobile subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. For purchases made through Apple or Google, you may need to request refunds directly through them.
